- To a person to whom disclosure is necessary under applicable law;
- If necessary to complete a business transaction, we may also share personal information with the other party to the transaction, without requiring prior consent from the individual concerned.
In this last case, an agreement will be made in advance with the other party, stipulating that the other party agrees to:
- Use the information only for the purpose of completing the business transaction;
- Not disclose the information without the consent of the individual concerned, unless authorized by law;
- Take necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the information;

Retention and Destruction of Personal Information
All personal information collected, regardless of the medium, is stored in a secure environment.
To this end, it is retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with our retention obligations as described in the ARPPIPS and in our retention schedule.
The information is then securely destroyed. Physical media are properly destroyed, while electronic data is erased or anonymized so that it cannot be recovered.

Your personal information will only be accessible to our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, related companies, and/or associated intermediaries, to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties.

We are not responsible for the loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, we accept no liability for any potential damage caused by computer viruses, unauthorized access, or hacking.
